Wanted to check if you folks think I'm likely to win this dispute:
I recently bought a used office chair from a reseller. I did check it before buying but I seem to have missed this: sometime after I got it I realized that some parts in armrest's 4D movement piece was broken.
The seller is no longer responding to my calls about this. I paid through my Axis Signature card.
Can I dispute this transaction with Axis? Am I likely to win? Lowkey wish I used by AmEx instead 😁
