Does anyone Know how to upgrade the card to wealth.

Update on

Requested IDFC to upgrade Select to Wealth card twice with all Income docs, 10L credit limit statement, first time outright rejected. Second time they promised upgrade but before that Limit enhancement was done from 4 L to 4.9. But after LE, upgrade wasn't approved.

I have emailed again to banker and head.customerservice@idfcfirstbank.com this time, request has been taken up and waiting for another 5 working days. Hopefully it will get through this time.

Upgrade from Select to Wealth is done, I got confirmation from IDFC and digital card is also allocated.

Can you please help me with the process?
How long did you hold the card? And did you spend enough?

I've not yet completed 6 months and they have already rejected my request and they are ready to close the card as well

I had Select card for close to 10 months. As I mentioned earlier, request was rejected twice when I send mail to banker@idfcfirstbank.com, but 3rd time sent upgrade request to head.customerservice@idfcfirstbank.com and it got approved.

Usually 10 days post rejection mail, so all 3 requests were raised in approx 2 months.

3 months before i tried applying for idfc card and got rejected. but got my wealth card yesterday as pre approved offer with no cibil check or income docs

Yes i have a regular account with 25 MAB

My registered email id with the bank is with protonmail and an email to head.customerservice@idfcfirstbank.com got undelivered because protonmail seems to be in their blocklist.

Although I receive all communications from the bank on this email id only.

Also, email to banker and creditcard went through.

Service request was raised for me for limit increase and upgrade to wealth only limit got increase as of now..Not sure how it will take for upgrade

hi... i have wealth card and want to use spa facility in mumbai on my departure....is it possible as its showing in T2 arrival? and do we need to spend 5000 rs for spa access and railway lounge access?
