I had to withdraw cash with my CC in japan since I have a RuPay Debit Card. Withdrew 20k Yen (12.5k INR). App shows no extra charges yet and the transactions have setlled. I have paid 1L in advance too. What will be the charges i'll have after the final bill?

yesterday. I paid 3x the amount i withdrew instantly affter the withdrawal

It's has nothing to do with how much you paid, after/before withdrawal until you haven't crossed Total limit.
I suggest wait for few days charges generally takes time on forex transactions (I know in scapia they are 0), but other charges
