Query regarding communication address update on axis credit card

I want to update the address, but only proof i have right now is rent agreement. Bank people aren't accepting it. When called cc, they are saying go to the branch and call us, we will make them update. Is this possible?.

Tbh rent bill and gas bill are even accepted in SBI

Btw if you have bank account in Axis and is it linked with your card?
You can update bank account address with Aadhar OTP instantly don't know will it sync with cc address though atleast you can try.

PS : Update if it works I am also interested in getting Axis card

If you just have credit card and need to update address, it will accept only driving license or voter id. I have changed my address with driving license and i have credit card only.

I assume, now there is no provision for the credit-card-only user to update the communication address.
