Query regarding BOB Card while applying for New Card

Hi Guys

Sorry if this thread is irrelevant (Mods can delete if so)

Am planning to apply for BOB Card (Mostly for Bank offers). Have a cibil of 774 and salaried employee and hold cards like Diners Black, Saphhiro, Live+, SBI Cashback, AZ ICICI etc.


- I already hold Bob One Card will it be a problem while applying?
- I have 7 enquiries in last 3 months. ho strict are they regarding enquiries in last 3/6 months?



Will it be a problem?

Any help is appreciated

1. No problem, can apply. Even if bank rejects with that reason escalate till PNO and complain Ombudsman (thats not the actual reason for rejection)
2. Every bank do and its not the only parameter to decide your credit card application, along with remaining like credit exposure, limit utilization, age of cibil etc. comes to the picture before checking for enquiries..

Ex: - Have 10 enquiries in last 3 months, for a person having 7+ years CIBIL is different than having 6 enquiries in last 3 months in 1+ year CIBIL.

Btw, do check this too..

Just wanted to know if someone has BOB Onecard will they be able to get another card from Bob last time they rejected without giving a reason, don't want to waste time

Keeps showing this even if i keep browser open for hours

My application was rejected last year as i had bob one card. Not sure if the rules have changed now and existing bob one card holders can apply for other bob cards.

thats because agent shared template response and apparently u didn't escalated further. Since beginning people getting both core and onecard. IIRC in 2023 bob offered most of their cards LTF and many got it along onecard. its not the actual reason, can escalate further if same conveyed by that agent.
