I am getting this error while redeeming benefits.

Got the same error. Setting PIN in app helped me.

RSDC can be issued on a normal saving account also with 1180 fees
Not sure about CC

I opened Select account, 15K MAB online. Went to branch for activation code, had to do offline KYC all over again to get it. Now, I have activated mobile banking. Virtual DC is showing but I am unable to view full details/CVV. Also, I tried applying for RSDC from the app but got the error that I can only apply for 1 DC in a month. Can anyone help me here?

Ask branch people whether they have applied for a card. You cannot view full details in Canara. Which debit card variant you can see?

In app, under apply debit card option, you'll see track debit card. See over there.

In Track Debit card, it's not showing anything after I click Submit.

Based on first 6 digits you can register on Rupay portal. Try registering using Rupay Select card option. Or search this forum based on first 6 digits you'll get to know whether the card is Select variant or not.

Searched the Bin number. It's rupay platinum 🥲.

Yeah. While opening account in branch I asked for Rupay Select. After few days, I got my physical card.

My branch people didn't even know what's Rupay Select 🙁. Looks like I have to wait for the platinum card and then apply for Rupay card next month.

Yes, you can apply both card's will be active.

Idk about it brother. I haven't closed any select card yet.
