Query: Closing Magnus and Applying to Magnus Burgundy

I currently hold Magnus LTF card.
I am fulfilling the Magnus Burgundy Card criteria as per the bank. But in the customer care portal, they are not upgrading, since my exisiting magnus card is just 2.5 months old.

Any idea to upgrade from Magnus LTF to Magnus Burgundy LTF ?

I am thinking to close the existing Magnus LTF card and then after two- three days, I will apply for Magnus Burgundy LTF ? Is this possible ?

If you're meeting the criteria for Magnus Burgundy then you can call them to get upgraded, they see the offer at their end

Closing the card and calling them just a few days could cause issues cause you know Axis support.

If you're okay with waiting for a few weeks and running back and forth, they might allow that or else just wait for them to honour your upgrade request.
