Infinia Procedure for application

Hi, I am planning to apply for INFINIA card based on salary criteria. (Yes I’m aware of the 5 lacs monthly criteria ). I am already holding Regalia Gold and Tata Neu Infinity cards. My last 6 months specs are less than 2 lacs on those cards. My question is should I directly apply for the card based on salary criteria or first close the Regalia and Tata Neu Infinity cards.

You can try asking them for upgrade on regalia based on salary criteria.

Regalia won't be of any use anyway and closing it will mark account as closed on CIBIL. You may also need to wait for sometime before applying for new on if you go via closure route.

Your case is a upgrade route, upgrades to infinia are currently on HOLD, moreover your spends need to cross ~9 lakhs with qualifying RLV criteria if you have a imperia relationship.

Not sure, 2 year back cc agent told me it's 3 months don't know if it's changed or it's the same.

Hdfc bank has cooling period of 6 months for upgrade and limit increase.

If you fulfil the salary criteria of 5l as required, you can try for manual upgrade with submission of your salary slip self attested and upgrade form to your nearest Hdfc branch.
