Potential Copyright Infringement..

Even we too but RuPay is a word play
Yes, but slightly there's a diffrence between Rupay (रूपे ) vs Rupaiya (रूपैयाँ).

The brand Rupay is written in bule colour and logo is in orange and green.

Whereas Rupaiya, Ru is written in blue and paiya in red colour & even moon is used in P & Sun in a. Even, the same blue and red is used in logo. Blue and Red colour and Sun & Moon is characteristic of Nepal's flag.

However, font it's totally same.

Some seems highly inspired from Rupay and then mixed the Nepal's touch; language & flag.

Indonesia mein रूपैयाँ bolte hai. Rupiah in english. Ab iss sab countries ke upar case kiya jaye haha.

Bangladesh money is called taka. But bengalis in india call Rupees as taka in everyday conversation. That doesnt make these people bangladeshi.

Most of the languages are derived from sanskrit language.

Anpe india se music directors ko hi le lo. Kitna original music banate hai. Wo to world famous hai.

Rupee is the common name for the currencies of India, Mauritius, Nepal, Pakistan, Seychelles, and Sri Lanka, and of former currencies of Afghanistan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, the United Arab Emirates (as the Gulf rupee), British East Africa, Burma, German East Africa (as Rupie/Rupien), and Tibet. In Indonesia and the Maldives, the unit of currency is known as rupiah and rufiyaa respectively, cognates of the word rupee.

The Indian rupee and Pakistani rupee are subdivided into one hundred paise (singular paisa) or pice. The Nepalese rupee (रू) subdivides into one hundred paisa (singular and plural) or four sukaas. The Mauritian, Seychellois, and Sri Lankan rupees subdivide into 100 cents.

Nice.. i learn something new today as well 🙂

Nothing wrong in this.

Renault duster and nissan terano.

Magic bullet and wonderchef nutri blend and croma personal 450 and borosil nutri fresh.

Blendjet and instacuppa portable.

And god knows so many things are copies. They are all well within copyright laws and limits.
I don't know about other things but aren't renault and nissan partners ? They usually copy car models.

Same as Skoda and Volkswagen. Examples would be Skoda Rapid and VW Vento , Skoda Octavai and VW Jetta etc.

So this would be a bad example to use in copyright clarifications.
