Can someone please help me how does it work, here is the first statement of Phonepe SBI Black CC and I can't figure out the maths of the points distribution.

I get it, but if they are showing the mmt points in this statement cycle, shouldnt the points only for that tx be 1200 (5% in multiples of 100) without counting the points for other txs.

Yes but new card lot of ppl not even got card issued
Sbi also no clue on joining voucher or points in some mcc when we call them
