Technical error. It is not a current acc. You cannot see full details of it. Their system thinks NCMC wallet as CA if u have Rupay platinum dc.

Ok. If you have enough time to fight with them then mail. Always I got same standard reply for my earlier issues. So I don't prefer to contact for resolution. For unavoidable cases I use ombudsman for getting resolution.

yes Just mailed them using Microsoft Copilot

No worries. The debit card is shown in current account tab. But in actual you don't have any current account. You can check with the details and numbers.

The current account is basically the NCMC wallet. You can put upto 2000 rs in that account and use that for transaport.
