PNB Sanman Saving Scheme for 60+ Age / Pensioners [Rupay Platinum Debit Card] OTT, Vouchers,and many more...

So I was going through PNB Newly Launched account variants thread and looking to maximise the Rupay Select / Platinum Benefits as I had opened Growth account with MAB of 50k... These cards lauched recently and I don`t see any way to upgrade my account without closing the existing RSDC(1+2).

Intrestingly found the Senior citizen accounts which for Pensioners / age 60 + folks, it has 3 avrients -

1. Vishwas (Link) - No MAB criteria, No DC Issueanc or AMC Fee*
2. Varishth (Link) 10k MAB criteria, No DC Issuance or AMC Fee*
3. Vaibhav (Link) 50k MAB criteria, No DC Issuance or AMC Fee*

Benefits are varying and not put in details in the linked PDFs. but seems similar to SBI Naari Shakti Platinum DC.

Looks intresting for parents age 60+ / Pensioners etc. (not sure by pensioner they mean pensioners having accoung with PNB or in general)

Can someone confirm by pensioner account one has to be Pensioner account holder in PNB or okay if its anywhere. Based on pension document would they consider for account opening?
