Does PNB Platinum Rupay give domestic lounge access? How many per year / quarter

Agrees with what I learned from calling them. The lounge had a long queue so didn't get to use it. Might probably be able to use it for some early morning flight ...

what about PNB select? How many dom/int lounge access for PNB select? It's not seen anywhere.
