But in general, for understanding why Bank issues 3 add on to 1 user : is it anything different for specific to each 3 cards 🤔
The use case of 3 DC

Reason being very simple bro it is business to bank.
Every bank introduces some fancy things in banking to attack more people and get profit.
PNB introduced this add on thing years back when dcs doesn't have special features except generic atm withdrawals, online transactions.

Many people have this requirement. One working individual, he want to give access to his parents with atm card for emergency cash.
Opening 2 3 accs is super hassle too.

Pnb cashed this point. a dc costs 200 to 500, u r taking 3 dcs and paying for 3 dcs.
Bank getting 3 cards fee with 1 account.

That feature is being continued now. We are using that for our benefit with rsdc.

1- All 3 can simultaneously work !
2- Do they have anything different in terms of usage /rights !

Yes add ons also delivered to primary holder. He will set necessary limits before handing over to parents. He can turn off whenever needed too.

3- isn't Add on should work on 3 different mobile and Email, for effective usage and control !!

No it shouldn't. This is right thing by PNB.
This is account of primary holder, not any joint account. He should have full access.
If add on member want to do online transaction, they have to ask primary holder, he will verify and tell otp to add on holder. It also prevents frauds as uneducated parents might tell otp to fraudsters.
So primary holder is authorizing the transaction.
