S A IIsn't the code SAN as SAI is code for imperial rsdc?

Yes, this is the form I got from the branch today when I went to apply for add-on card. Here's the dc form.
As per my branch, add ons also have to be applied one after one.
Here again,
-For another new/ additional/ duplicate (your name) you can apply one at a time. Then apply next after activating the previous one. However, here bank employees can tweak and sometime able to apply two also based on different selection (but such clear knowledge of bank employees is very rare, hence not suggesting).
-But, for add-on (family names) you can apply two cards together. Different card number, but, most likely you can't switch card variant here.
- for both you have to wait for first card to arrive and activated.
In case you apply in your name and one at a time whatever nomenclature they used all will be referred as primary card only.
Doesn’t matter, otp comes to primary holder. Just apply for self , one can have 3 cards in total in PNBYes, this is the form I got from the branch today when I went to apply for add-on card.
The staff gave me 2 copies. (One for each add-on)
She don't know if both add-ons can be applied together or one after the other.
Because these are new products, they don't know all the details
1st card came, activated, and withdrawn 100 Rs from ATM. Now I am going to apply 2 add-ons.
I see that there is an option for filling 2 add-on cards in the same form.
And it needs mobile number and email ID of different card holders.
I am going for all 3 cards with same name only (primary account holder)
So that there is no confusion/mismatch/OTP issue of email ID and mobile number etc.
If I give different mobile number, then there will be a confusion of which OTP will come where and all.
Any points I missed here?

For the add on method you definitely have to pay for add ons. For duplicate method may be waived for one or all three. Not sure though.thanks. whichever way we follow, we need to pay charges for all the 3 cards right?

Yes, my friend opened Imperial and one friend opened excel, both got the default variant by default - respective rupay select debit cards. Can anyone confirm if they got rupay select imperial DC by default with account opening and funding?
So that you can give it to your family members, for example my Rupay select is with my mom, if she needs money, she can get cash anytime using that debit card as well 🙂Not related to this : or RSDC benefits;
But in general, for understanding why Bank issues 3 add on to 1 user : is it anything different for specific to each 3 cards 🤔
The use case of 3 DC
1- All 3 can simultaneously work !So that you can give it to your family members, for example my Rupay select is with my mom, if she needs money, she can get cash anytime using that debit card as well 🙂
