Im not sure about this
But I had read in a thread that the person had pnb 50k mab variant dc and he was unable to redeem rupay select vouchers because he was not maintaining 50k. So the bank or the rupay team(i don't remember who) said he has to maintain the balance in order to redeem vouchers
After how many months later they will convert to normal savings account from elite executive?

"Freebies will be withdrawn and account will be treated as similar to general saving scheme. Charges will be levied in proportion to shortfall only if MAB

How will the bank withdraw the freebies at card level as there will be no change in the card bin if they don't downgrade the debit card?

Here freebies means free primary card. If u dont maintain required qab, u will still enjoy card benefits but just has to pay card fees

Guys, in PNB no card (feature) benefits will be withdrawn even after downgrade. Only account specific features like insurance, free amc of (connected) DC, medical benefits etc. will be withdrawn. The amount mentioned in the last row of respective account type PDFs are the amb (earlier) of general savings funds savings account and not the charges. All these have become zero balance account now. So, enjoy. And please don't spread misinformation.

What are the charges for Add on Imperial/Optima rupay select debit card?

I gave the request (letter on white paper) on Saturday to convert account to Elite Executive and today morning chekced in net banking -- boom -- it is updated!!
PNB is superfast (may be the lady staff in my branch was good 😀)
Next step is to wait for the debit card.
On Saturday, I had asked only update and issue debit card.
For Add-On card, should I place a separate request?

Yes, system only allows one DC request at a time, even for third, you need to activate second DC then only it accepts the third one request...
