I didn't even fill any dc application form for my account. Just made a call told the code and all done.
PNB bank was till now my best experience

Same, i went to branch to change scheme from old elite to executive 1L

But seeing their rude behavior, i ended up changing to sbgen 1k.
I felt worthless

I got add ons with family members names, signed for them, by me, right in front of the staff, that too with a smile 🤣

I told they won't come, thenThey gave form to get sign from them, i went out and put my mom sign by myself and stayed 10mins outside branch and gave it to them🫠

I don't understand, they dont need any document of add on holder, then why they need signatures on form,kind of stupidness
