I also did it. But for me the card didn’t show in WhatsApp or app. I tried activating it but it said not linked to mobile number . Asked branch to hotlist and even they couldn’t , then i asked them to try to apply for third card and voila, it worked . If your card is in transit and not showing in WhatsApp, i think you can directly apply via branch rather than waiting for it to be delivered
Have you added all add on Pearl cards in same Rupay Platinum/ Select account, is it working properly ?? Or we have to add each add on card in different account ?

Think if while adding card to account, if you see different variant of card - say PNB salary and Neo etc. then it should work under same account... For same card variant and add ons I have created different accounts...

If you check PNB cards under available DC cards, PNB has the most cards, based on it they have system where it allows different PNB variant to be allowed. But, as on safer side, different account works without any issues for sure.
