I was playing around with the app and applied for debit card online.
System assigned card starting with 5085
I guess card can only be applied through branch.

checked in WhatsApp and i can see the type of card in transit and it’s a imperial card. Thanks again for the tip. I can be at ease regarding card type now. 🙂

Branch , like @BhaiyaJi said , i also got a card starting with 5085 when applied via app and luckily it got cancelled (probably branch did it). Always apply via branch for now. They will choose SAI as type for issuing card which is imperial card

I have visited twice and they were quite friendly and now i can just call them for applying .

SAI is the debit card code for Rupay Select Imperial Debit card.

What is sai ?

It’s the card type in their system , if they apply for elite exec account card, they will get option called SAI. They showed me when i told some people got different card when applying. They showed me thay have only one option here called SAI so no confusion and i will get imperial card only and that branch might have applied under different varient for people who got different card

How to check that in wapp?

Try to go to debit card services and choose reduce limit which ask you to choose cards. It will show first 4 and last 4 digits. Just close without choosing one

Got it.. sign out from the app and choose trouble signing in and there you will option to enable transaction or something like that . There you will get option to activate with card. Once done, you can reset tpin from profile option in app. You will see lot more options once you have activated with card

After enable transaction facility it asks for user id then card no, linked account and atm pin

But I don't have atm pin yet , that's what im trying to generate

Easier way to set pin is via IVR. Just make sure you got the otp for green pin before by sending that sms

Tried that the ivr says that this facility is currently not available 😭
