Showing application discrepant . What it means?.
I completed vkyc and after few days the vkyc was approved . Now it is showing application discrepant . And ekyc pending.

Besides when I click in ekyc …. Redirect me to a website where I have to fill my application number and captcha . But it is also also saying that my vkyc is successfully completed.

mail them with all of the proofs.
you should upload ITR PAGES along with COI (COMPUTATION OF INCOME)

I have tried to upload COI and ITR page but the website is only accepting single file.
If I upload a single PDF the both documents merged will they accept it

Offline application at branch is cumbersome. Better apply online. You have to upload salary slip and ITR filing acknowledgement also. No other bank asks both. Bank account not required. Almost LTF provided you do transaction at least once every qtr. Once card issued. Sign up on NPCI Rupay portal. You will see benefits and procedure to avail them. Spa, Diagnostic tests, Cultfit, Golf.

I have tried to apply via branch but the manager asked to apply via PNB website using my account details.But the ITR-3 almost having 50+pages I am confused about uploading the COI+Acknowledgement and ITR3 in single PDF.
But the manager stating Acknowledgement and bank statement is enough.

Exactly. I uploaded the same 2 months back and it got approved without any further questions.

I have submitted my credit card application today I have entered my bank account details but the PNB is asking to complete VKYC again even I have account 😐
What income doc you submitted before the option of vdkyc
You have tpmail them your income documents ( ITR, SALARY SLIPS & BANK STATEMENT).
Mention supporting documents for credit card application reference number on subject line of mail.
Then just wai, you will get reply from them with an update on your application.

I attached Last three months Salary slips and and lst six months bank statements but they required ITR Or FORM 16 ONLY they did not consider salary slips as a income proof ,Whereas the salary slips matched with bank statement but they require form 16

I have only added the ITR Acknowledgement,Last 6Months bank statement and Aadhar Copy.
I think they will ask for last 2 years ITR
Recently I have completed the vkyc but the status is showing as pending with auditor
IF we have saving account with them is there any chance witout income proof ?

They also provide pre approved credit card on the basics of account transactions

Mine rejected after 1.5 month
