PNB Credit cards experience | Application process and time

Hi,
Can any one share the experience with Punjab national bank credit cards?

I was having PNB savings account (opened as it was next dorr and to get Rupay Select), then last week applied for Rupay Select CC version, they asked multiple time salary slips, ITS first 23-24 and laster 24-25 (seems it was typo in their email to ask for 23-24), now that I have sent them all - checked status on website which says KYC already completed, does that mean no more hassle of VKYC?

I think so. In 2 working days you should get card approved message.

I had submitted my application on 28th...since then no update...no response to email reminders...tele customer care has no idea !!!
How to track application status ??

It's not mandatory, and not only PNB requires it, many other PSU have this in their card application form.

Rupay select. My vkyc is rejected and was told to apply offline

Try daily at 10 AM exact. Spam the call buttton. You will get the slot eventually.

It took me 1 week to get the call.

Unable to proceed further in Video KYC. It always show this. Both in Hindi & English executives always remain busy. I tried in every hour yesterday and today too it is same thing.

Received the card yesterday.
It took more than 45 days to reach my home.
They used TrackOn as their Logistics Partner in my case. Worst Service.

I thought worst is ovr but I was wrong 🙄🙄 The statement got generated today itself and Joining fees of 590 is charged despite the card being Lifetime free. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Received the card yesterday.
It took more than 45 days to reach my home.
They used TrackOn as their Logistics Partner in my case. Worst Service.

There are other cards in the market, I don't think these cards are worth buying

Try after some hours.
Their website is riddle with many bugs.
Similar thing happened with me. The VKYC button was not responding so I waited for a day, then it got rectified.
