Mobikwik is the safest option. Because of utility MCC, you will get points.
Platinum premier is Visa
There is a thread on IndusInd. Platinum or select decides only the earning rate. For what works, please look at that master thread. Some say it works everywhere (Paytm and MobiKwik). Some say MobiKwik + master card is the best bet.
MC works with Cheq app and Bajaj Finseve
Visa works for Mobikwick and Paytm
Good idea to test with small value for the above established option for Visa.

ICICI Titanium DC on MasterCard network not working for me (Shows Card not supported after entering first 6 digits i.e. BIN)
When contacted on twitter, their support said "We only support top-issuing bank debit card" (their words, not mine)
its seems ICICI is a small bank in CheQ's eyes 🤣
