PhonePe wallet balance using SBI Cashback CC?

My electricity boards supports these wallets (No Amazon Pay Balance!). My question is can I exploit this wallets using SBI cashback cc to get 5% cashback? Like purchasing giftcards? Is it possible?

and can we buy 1k at one time only? can't we add 1k x5 in cart? or 2.5k x4 in cart for total 10k purchase for cashback?

Can I email sbi right now to ask cashback bifurcation? trxns aren't billed yet, can they confirm mcc code and current per trxn cashback on email?

Bought 1k voucher last week. Received 5% cb. Chat with customer support and ask for mcc . They told me that mcc for the transaction is 5999 a week back. You can check whether mcc is changed.
