PhonePe wallet balance using SBI Cashback CC?

My electricity boards supports these wallets (No Amazon Pay Balance!). My question is can I exploit this wallets using SBI cashback cc to get 5% cashback? Like purchasing giftcards? Is it possible?

Maximize charges ~1.75% for PhonePe GV with 5% SBI CB, swiggy gives ~1 or 1.5 i am not sure with swiggy

Pay at stores which have phone pe merchant qr including fuel stations. Effective cashback of over 4.5%

Important thing to note here is that it works even on merchants who have disabled credit card option !!
