PhonePe wallet balance using SBI Cashback CC?

My electricity boards supports these wallets (No Amazon Pay Balance!). My question is can I exploit this wallets using SBI cashback cc to get 5% cashback? Like purchasing giftcards? Is it possible?

GC can be used for bill pay and merchant scans
We can transfer to bank and individuals only from wallet balance not GC

Close app, launch again. Click on 'store', click on 'basket icon' (top right corner), click on 'my orders'. If doesn't work, close app and follow same steps again.

Yeah! I couldn't pay via phonepe giftcard directly from electricity website. I had to pay it from PhonePe app then I could find the option to use giftcard
