Any info on joining fee voucher?

Just got my first bill, haven't paid yet.

That's wrong, when you call them they'll say the same thing 2000 RP equivalent to 500 INR with 99+gst redemption fee. Ask them to confirm or connect the call to a supervisor, the supervisor will actually tell you the facts of this card. NO redemption fee and the ratio is ofc 1:1. I redeemed 1000 RP for 1000 rs as statement credits. The card is new so not every SBI executive knows much about the card.

One more question, do I need to wait for the statement generation or I can redeem once the total RP reaches 1k? My bill was on 1st and the RPs was 800 that time and now it went past 1K.

What’s the best route to apply…?

After 2 calls from sbi credit card team.Last person told the card is approved but today i got message that the card is declined because of bank's policy

After reconsider email sent to cs head, today sbi card fetched my ckyc details. Any hope? Do they do the same even for rejected applications?

I called the customer care after giving application number he only told me that it's got declined because of bank policy and told after 90 days please apply if i will eligible...

Yes i have cashback with 75k, click with 1.54L limit. Rejected due to being over-leveraged
