As per snapshot your bill for aug month is paid. I think your transaction got reversed again after bill generation for emi conversion which SBI treated as payment that’s why it’s showing as paid. Send an email to customer SBI with this snapshot and just ask is your bill dated 5th August has been paid completely as a confirmation and if not what’s pending and how?

This is just for your safety, rest bill is showing as paid 🙂

As per the customer support executive, nothing is pending but as bill got generated before EMI conversion I need to pay min due which will get settled in next month statement but they are not giving this in written, asking me to send a email if I want this in written which I already did 2 days ago but haven't received any response yet

Check your spending pattern and compare rewards between the cards, plenty of threads available on this.
 
Same case with me. I have escalated to CS Head. They called me and asked 2 months payslips and account statement. Shared with them and waiting for response. Mostly, they won't approve.
How did you escalate to CS Head? I only tried sending mail to NO. He didn't ask for any documents. And did you escalate the issue to NO first and then went for the CS Head, or directly sent mail to CS Head? Please reply

I know i even sent them this screenshot still they said this to me
the only way to get 100% confirmation is to know if someone get charged the redemption fee & till now i did not find a single post who got charged the redemption fee but there are users who did the redemption. Even though it does not matter as it is what it is. having a redemption fee of 99+GST still does not make a difference for this card, we just need to do a mass redemption at once so all good with it.
 
Sure. Please find the timelines below

Aug 15th - Decided to apply for this card. In Phonepe I was getting option to apply for HDFC only. So went through this thread and found sprint link to apply. Filled all the details but when redirected to vkyc it got terminated on its own. Got a message that my application no has been generated but when I tried to check the status it was showing wrong application no.

Aug 16th - Called customer care and explained the issue. They told me that my application is in processing state and assured me that I will get a new link for vkyc. Got a new link at evening and finished that within 5 mins.

Aug 17th - Got a call from customer care and they cross verified all the details and asked me to Esign on the form. After finishing that got a message that my applcation is getting processed and will take 11 days. I was expecting a split limit call after this since I already hold CB card with 8L CL.

Aug 18th - Got a message that my card has been approved and I could able to see the virtual card in app immediately.

Aug 22nd - Got the physical card
