I did when the merchant name was UTILITY PP FSS.
Applied for Phonepe Sbi on 18th .
Did 1 rs verification then Anumati account linked.
Next Day received call saying to upload statement via net banking login.
So did and she said decline, but not received any sms or mail for rejection.
yesterday call on CC they saying under process.
wait for 21 days.
50-60k limit may be.
now what to do.
aprove or reject?
not able to track application.

Summary for SBI Black Application:
1. Applied on 9th August.
2. Done Video KYC on same day.
3. Tentative limit message received on same day.
4. After that no approved/reject message. No verification call. Nothing.
5. Till 12th Application was showing in-progress only on SBI portal.
6. Dropped a mail to CustomerServiceHead@sbicard.com on 12th August.
7. Received reply on 14th mentioning Application is in progress and will be approve/reject in 21 working days from the date of apply basis of all the parameters check.
8. After that also no message no verification calls received.
9. Today on 22nd directly received message of Welcome to SBI Card Family with Virtual card link.

Congrats!! Hmm total turnaround time is 13 days. 😕 That means millions of people are applying, and devaluation is coming sooner than expected.
Got once, but no hopes of getting it again? Then people gearing up for BBD should better apply for SClick or SSave.

Simple click card took more than 15 days to get approved a year ago.
It's just SBI takes a lot of time to approve in general
SBI cb took just 20 minutes from apply to digital deliver. Physical card 💳 came in 4 days.
