May I know where can I check that? In sbi app it is showing 'UPI-Phonepe' that's it.

In this case ‘PhonePe’ is the merchant name.

phonepeutility is also eligible merchant name for 10% cb.

Looks like they fixed the mcc issue while using SBI phonepe card, maybe I'm wrong.
I tried to pay the eb bill and couple of times and got PHONEPEUTILITY as merchant name. Unaware that it will give 10% as I did not read this thread, I kept cancelling and third time got UTILITY PP FSS.
