My application was rejected because of being over-leveraged. Nodal officer emailed me about it. Should I ask them to issue a new card and split my existing card limit? Will they do it?
Or are there any other ways you guys know that will work for solving the over-leveraged issue?

Yes calling to CS is the way. that guy did not mentioned about any charges as of now, if he does or i will come o know i will share. my card is still in transit so i cannot test it on my own.

Does sbi provide 4th credit card by any chance?
Already own Cashback, Click, and Save (LTF). Both Click and Save are only usable for Sale discounts. Do I need to close one of them for Phonepe SBI credit card?

Got Cashback card converted to LTF when asked to close Simply click along with reversal of last year annual fees on Simply click. Should I now close Simply save to get Phonepe CC?
