UPI gives 10% always and card with OTP gives 10% only when the merchant name is 'UTILITY PP FSS IN'

Using OTP, I paid 2 electricity bills & both got different MCCs. It takes 2 days for rewards updation.
Payment via UPI seems to be a safe bet

Heard that , it is redeemable as statement credit but you have to call Cust care. No redemption charge.
@Sree CC please confirm.
