Tried applying, rejected after Cibil enquiry.
Anyone here tried flipping their SBI Octane BPCL?

Credit history? Total credit limit of all cards, duration & cibil score?
Are you over leverage?

I contacted their customer care twice and asked them to flip my BPCL Octane to PhonePe Select, both of the executive told me it’s not possible.
So, it’s not possible to flip.

Yes over leveraged. Can’t do anything about that. Self employed. So ITR is less.

I applied on second August but still no response or call from SBI.. Already holding SBI CB card.. by mistake mentioned home address in office address.. and it did not let me edit it again..
Received a message for cibil hit and a message from anumati which have check my bank accounts...
Phone status still say wrong application number

Talking to customer care is the most useless thing in the world.
They don't have the power to do certain things.
Always send email for these kind of tasks,you can even directly send email to Pno to save time

Same happened with me.. go ahead with vkyc.. after vkyc you will receive a verification call.. they will update address in that call
