You should have paid via card details and OTP. Not sure 10% reward is on UPI as well. Others can confirm

It's 8 percent for Utilities, 9 % for insurance. 1% for merchant QR codes- minimum is 💯 rs & rounded to the nearest hundred.
For the next query I have no Idea....my statement will be generated on 7th, then I will let you know
