2k/m means 20k/m, i don't think getting new card for that anyhow if with accelerated rewards on dcbm getting 2070 rewards points per 20k spending on apay.

I am aware of it. But I lost context on what you were comparing. Anyways here is my take

Tata Neu Infi : HDFC is better as it rewards edu, gold. I would prefer rupay here too. As I can use to pay on any qr.
Phonepe Rupay black: SBI is better as it has high limit on earnings and free airport langar.
