SBI Card PhonePe SBI Card – CVP new SBI CC launching

Phonepe Black got approved but yesterday an agent called me for the final verification and Legality and Consent sign.
She mistakenly sent me the Legality form for Base version of Phonepe Rupay which I signed through OTP on the call itself.

She said her manager is absent so she will relay this matter to him but I don't think she did anything. Now, she is not even picking up my calls. Today, I got call from other agent to split my CB card limit with Phonepe Card.
I explained him that the card which got issued to me is incorrect and I have applied for and got approved for Phonepe Black. He said that I have noted the complaint and some other person will call you regarding this matter.
So, anyone here also faced similar issue in the past? And what is the further recourse which should be taken?
I also emailed the nodal officer today.
Can you see the virtual credit card details?

Same thing, incorrect application number. Let's give them 2-3 days.
Today I have got 3 calls from Customer care.
# The First one assured me that I would receive my card after a week.
# The second one asked me to send salary slips to her WhatsApp number.(salary should be 1 lakh for Phonepe Select card)
# The third one asked for a home verification due some glitch from their end. Now I've got a call from the assigned agent.😄
 
Today I have got 3 calls from Customer care.
# The First one assured me that I would receive my card after a week.
# The second one asked me to send salary slips to her WhatsApp number.(salary should be 1 lakh for Phonepe Select card)
# The third one asked for a home verification due some glitch from their end. Now I've got a call from the assigned agent.😄

Every thing was Online submission only, but when I check the status, I get.... 'You have entered an incorrect application number.'
Recently I have got SBI CASHBACK, So no hope of getting Phonepe ..

Nobody requested my payslips; only work email verification was needed. Address verification was handled over the phone. The last update I got was to wait 11 days for application processing. However, the woman on the call said my card is already approved, pata nahi kaise..😆😆

Same error for me. No idea what actually happened, digilocker -> cibil hit, next day incorrect application number!!
 
I applied for select black card on 23rd - instant cibil hit,had some technical issues - my primary Kotak bank account was not available on penny drop method.Application was on hold,next day received call from agent to complete the AA consent,esign,showed PAN on vkyc.After that tracking application status showed it is as incorrect.Next day received verification call and completed successfully.Today morning received message that card has been approved and will reach you in 7 working days.,i can see the summary of card details like credit limit,cash limit etc in Whatsapp chat - but only last 2 digits of card visible.But application tracking status is still showing incorrect.Now waiting for physcial card to arrive.

Today, Home verification is done, then a customer care lady has contacted me for confirmation the data & E-Sign, explained the fees & features of the card....

What input did you give for WhatsApp chat? Application number?

Received automated Whatsapp message from SBI Card +9190040 22022 asking for consent,gave input of Yes.Then My Account>>Menu>>SELECT>>Account Summary

Can try input of Menu.I didn't type any application number.
