Payzapp support is very bad(including the pixel cards)

So I just applied for the pixel card about a month ago and I raised so many tickets regarding not getting the correct cashback and the issues right now for the tap to pay not working.

The Payzapp now has tap to pay removed on the Pixel cards. Does anyone here have the support email ID for payzapp that works or any contact details that I can contact Payzapp? Because calling HDFC isn't working because the pixel credit card is not accepted and I don't have a HDFC savings account.

If this gets worse I'm thinking of seriously closing down the pixel cards both Visa and Rupay.
 
10% cashback is given only for the Rupay variant when you do a scan and pay dining if it costs 500 INR. Now its not there though It might return.
Is the rupay variant given by default while applying for pixel card in payzapp or does it need selecting some option during application process? Can the limit of pixel card be modified later (say, after finding out not using much so reduce the limit to give back to main card) & is there any min limit like at least 15k?

When you apply, you have a choice of which one to pick. Either Visa, Rupay or both. And yes you can reduce the limit easily on the Payzapp.

Does anyone know the support email address of Pixel Play CC? I know it is a tough and unusual card but worth having with the benefits it provides to digital generation! I am sticking to it but I also seek support and help from time to time. I hoped they made a good support system for the card before finding people to start using it! Many people are thinking like they got scapegoated to buy the card to improve their product or business line but probably most online remote businesses work that way only to fetch customer response! I need its support email address so I don't send a bug to their other departments. Please someone, share!

Unfortunately you can only raise a ticket on the Payzapp app. However you can write it to the grievance and they will resolve your issues with the pixel card.

I must say that the support has been improved greatly and is now almost instant. Just yesterday I raised ticket of the CB not credited correctly and today they fixed it!(It used to take weeks to address it...)

I received a new Imperia DC and after setting it up, I tried to load PayZapp wallet with it but in vain. I was able to do other transactions but couldn’t load PayZapp wallet.
Called HDFC and PayZapp, emailed both parties multiple times. Even contacted the branch!!
The HDFC team said the issue is at PayZapp end and the PayZapp team said the issue is at HDFC’s end.
Gave up and ordered a new DC!!

YES..IMO they have been good to me so far :thumbs-up:
Recently checked and found out 3 transactions in APR and 1 transaction in MAR were given just 1% CP instead of 5%.
Raised tickets and got the remaining CP within 10 days:partyface:

What do you mean by write to grievance? How do we write to them? Good you got your Cashbacks, I don't know how to use them.
