Payzapp Full KYC Issues: HDFC Account holders

I opened my HDFC Bank Account, way back in December 2023. Until now, as Customer of HDFC

• I am not able to do FULL KYC.
• I haven't done Partial KYC, by submitting PAN, as I feel it's my right as HDFC Customer, only to get FULL KYC Done (as Partial KYC has restrictions including limitations to Wallet load or it's validity)

Before becoming HDFC Account, Only thing, i had done was '

• registering with phone number as that in HDFC and
• not doing any KYC

Anybody here, who are facing similar issues OR found solution to issue?

New Payzapp has some issue for doing full kyc for existing payzapp customers

since 4+ plus months. Same issue.

I had done Min KYC before opening account with them, support said existing payzapp account holders cannot upgrade KYC yet, and a generic "we are working on it".

They are working from last 2 years.
And this nonsense customer care reply with scripted messages.
Hdfc is India biggest bank, but they still working on payzapp full kyc feature..🙂

I registered on payzapp but didn't do any KYC. if i open account now and registered. will it be fine?

If you already have mini KYC account than you will see error
First change mobile number than make account thereafter again change your phone number

exactly from last 2 years they are still working.
Once I raised it with RBI (that needs previous ticket numbers) after which some 2 senior managers tried to calm me down
and final answer was we are working on it. Its just a matter of overriding prevous kyc ans dont know why they are so unwilling.

How did you change the phone number? FAQ says that it cannot be changed.

My number is already changed for HDFC bank and Credit card for almost 2 years now but payzapp is hell bent not to allow number change. Have raised 2-3 tickets and 2 escalations but the standard response is that we don't support that. Anyways my plan is to keep raising escalation in HDFC as well as RBI frequently. If anyone wants to join please send your complaints monthly.

My Principal complain is that this bank/app is not allowing me to update my KYC
whereas real reason fro RBI's rule of KYC is to keep tracking demographic updates of a customer.

How did you change the phone number? FAQ says that it cannot be changed.

Apparently the upgrade KYC will be in next build(don't know how true is that)

Weird thing is they are saying I completed PAN based KYC, when I haven't.

You already have an account with HDFC then change registered mobile to a new mobile number which was not used in payzapp means no mini/Full KYC on that number
Your pan card shouldn't register before on payzapp
