I paid 3 yr health premium in advance.

It's been already almost 1 yr.

Consider the scenario of automobile we pay 15 years tax when we buy an automobile do you think there will be any refund/excess for change in GST rates. So I believe whatever old transactions that we made won’t be considered.

Umm, no. Idk what the limit is but I paid 3.06L in feb this year for hdfclife policy. So surely the limit isn't 2L. No fees whatsoever and got infinia points as usual.

Now you don't need to split, if u pay 3L, it gives 10k points (10k is anywyas monthly cap).
