I think that have some issue going on. My 2 paytm vouchers which were visible before (i thought I'll redeem later) also vanished. I raised a complaint they're looking into it.

For new credit card, last week...Paytm voucher and Villa stay voucher unlocked. I thought of redeeming later. Today, Paytm voucher is gone and showing only Villa stay voucher. Sent email to customer support.
It was unlocked a month back, I saved it but it is not working now.
Yes generated today & tried using it. Now working.
I did send the mail & they have replied they are looking into it.
1. Same with me my 500 voucher vanished but I had code saved still not woking.
2. Also generated 250 voucher yesterday not working.
3. Not only this, I recently got kotak 811 metal card which is visa signature - used it for 1500 transaction - it gave me 100 voucher only instead of 500.
I think they are messing this up badly.
My paytm 500 voucher is finally unlocked today, probably few hours ago, 2 days after the villa stay one got unlocked. Code is working as well. I think they fixed it.

What are the t&c comes with 100 rupee paytm bill payment voucher, min bill amount, validity of the voucher, All type of bill is accepted?
already mailed . they said investigation on for past 14days 🙁
