Pay Credit Card Bill Via HDFC Bill Payment Portal And Get 1% Cashback

Are you paying your credit card bill via 3rd party app or directly from your bank portal? then you are probably losing 1% cashback.
If you pay your credit card bill via HDFC Bank bill payment portal using your HDFC Bank debit card then you can earn 1% cashback, maximum Cashback capping depends on your debit card type.
Maximum Cashback Capping-
If you have HDFC Easyshop Platinum debit card then you can earn 1% upto Rs. 750 per month, just pay Rs. 75,000 bill & get Rs. 750 cashback.
If you have HDFC Millennia debit card then you can earn 1% upto Rs. 400 per month, just pay Rs. 40,000 bill & get Rs. 400 cashback.

Not only credit card bill, you can pay any utility bill you want (must be available on Hdfc bank bill payment portal) & get 1% cashback.

To Pay Bill Follow These Steps-
1. Login to your HDFC Bank Netbaning
2. Click on "BillPay & Recharge" tab -> Click on Continue



3. Now click on Add Biller
4. Select Credit Card
5. Now select your card provider name



6. Enter your credit card detail
7. Enter amount you want to pay
8. Select your debit card from drop down menu
9. Click on pay



10. Enter OTP & Done!

You'll receive 1% Cashback for the transaction, you can check & redeem your debit card Cashback from "Card Tab -> Debit Card -> Enquiry -> Cashback Enquiry & Redemption"

I enquired from HDFC customer care about CC bill payment via their Bill payment portal to get 1% CB but they refused that any such CB is available or given.
Would anyone explain how to get the CB for paying CC bill?

Get HDFC Visa/MC Platinum Debit card. Not Rupay variant.

Login to NetBanking. Go to Billpay section and register your credit card biller in their portal.

Wait for 24 hrs and do the payment. You can also directly pay CC bills via your HDFC Platinum card through MobiKwik. That will also fetch 1% Cashback

Cashback will get credited to your HDFC account in next 24-48 hrs. Check here: Login to NetBanking>Cards> Debit card>Enquiry>Cashback redemption section.

NOTE: You can redeem in multiples of ₹250 only. Once you collect 250 points, can redeem to your account balance then.

Max 750 Cashback can be accumulated in one month. Means you can get cashback only till payment of ₹75000 credit card bill in one month.

Got my Cashback for even yesterday payment i.e. 7 April. Redeemed that as well. Now working smoothly.

We can conclude that this is common problem in HDFC to delay Cashbacks on 1st week of every month.

1. For 1% cashback, are we referring to any bank's credit card bills to be paid via HDFC Platinum Debit Card on Mobikwik OR is it that we should only make HDFC credit card bill payment using HDFC Platinum debit card to get 1% cashback on Mobikwik?
