Park plus petrol gv scam

I just completed 5L petrol in park plus. To unlock IOCL gv it was asking for rs100 fastag recharge and verification of car which i did. Now again to redeem IOCL gv its asking for 400rs more fastag recharge. Will they keep me in this loop and ask me again and again to recharge my fastag account to redeem IOCL gv or it's the final time.



Please share your inputs if anyone has some knowledge regarding it.
