From what I know it’s only applicable for select cities. You can try and let other members know. If the voucher is not redeemed then as it is the amount gets reversed post it’s expiry.

Yes, you can use it. You will receive 4% cashback when you fill XP95 in those mentioned cities in the list. Everywhere else 3%.

Applicable only on select cities.

For not applicable cities, you can just use petrol or diesel option to fill any fuel of your choice. You get just 1%.
