Only 30 Character Title Limit

I am not able to make a Title longer than 30 Character
What Happened?

Probably a precautionary measure to prevent people from confusing thread title with body of the thread. I have seen it happen numerous times where people don't realize they are actually typing the body of the thread in the title section.
