OneCard devaluation from 15th December onward - No Reward On Fuel

In the current season of credit card devaluations, OneCard has been hit by devaluation.
Just now received an email.
No more rewards on Fuel. But still they're giving fuel surcharge waiver.

Very much dissappointed. Was using it every month for Fuel purchases.

With such devaluation taking place on One card, can someone suggest which card would be suitable, mainly for "any fuel station".
Not looking out for any specifc brand's card.

Interested to know, whether Amex provides reward points or is a suitable option only for HP pumps or with "any fuel station".

Many complaints about reward points not getting credited. You have to raise an issue everytime you fill up.

Always got credited for me. Even on payment of the 1500 annual fees, 6000 points got credited in the immediate next cycle. Been using it for more than a year already.

Even the fuel surcharge waiver is only till december 31st. I noticed this long time ago. I'm not sure they'll continue this next year.

BPCL:

SBI BPCL
SBI BPCL OCTANE

Note: LTF chances high as of current trend, but not guaranteed. Waiver easily achieved through SBI BPCL rather OCtane where high fuel spends required.

HPCL:

BOB Energie
IDFC Power
IDFC Power+
ICICI HPCL Super Saver

Note: LTF chances rare, but easy to achieve 50k spend requirement in Energie and Power but Power+ need higher spends.

Alternative: Amex cards for milestone benefits.

HP Pay Wallets or HP vouchers from Gyftr or Amzn.

IndianOil:

Citi IndianOil (only for existing Citi holders)
Axis IndianOil
Kotak IndianOIl

Note: LTF chances high, and easy to achieve 50k spend requirement for waiver.

Any fuel station:

SC Super Value Titanium

Note: LTF chances are rare and fee achieve little difficult it needs 90k per year.

Alternative: Paytm, AMEX (milestoneS)

Some of them new cards, some exist for long time and providing more than 1% in fuel category (~2% to 6% apprx.)

For onecard , its best to buy IOCL voucher through Park+ app. You get 10% off upto Rs 150 per transaction. Best use of one card to get fuel.
If you dont have one card, you can use any credit card, there is no surcharge, plus you get reward points in addition.

Buy Uber GV at 3% off + 5% CB + 1% normal rewards = total 9 % off
And add Uber GV to Uber App

I'm not getting GST reversal now for fuel purchase , but only surcharge waiver
