One Card CC Application: Current Status

I have applied for an One Card CC few days back. There is no update. No one replies from help@getonecard.app. Have they stopped issuing new CCs?

my card also reserved since feb ? don't know when it activate and what to do
one time shown as reserved with BOB bank with 1-2L limit , but no further update
