Ondc paytm order support scary over refund issue rupay upi payment on non delivered items

Recently placed 3 orders from paytm ondc out of 3 none of them get shipped & now marked as delivered. Now paytm customer support is scary getting daily deadlines what are best possible way to get refund.

Payment made by rupay credit card via paytm rupay upi method by sbi &BOB Card kindly suggest total 3 payment worth 1000rs .

I had similar experience with Paytm ONDC. I got all my order few had quality issues and few they sent wrong products. All I did raised a issue via Paytm app. Later after few days I went on Twitter and wrote them about the issues. Next day the disbursed the refund without picking up the products.

I approached to BOB Financial via mail or call routes they simply denying to charge back mentioned payments received to merchant we can't do further action kindly approached merchant only

Any effective way kindly help me out

Till now no updates from paytm ondc horrible experience .

Bob is now in own rush not taking seriously any way kindly help me out.
