For me, it doesn't allow before 1 month of due date.I found RBL zomato edition card best fro this purpose 10% cashback as zomato credit , I recently paid my insurance in advance , NPS , rent payment , amazon wallet loading , paytm wallet loading , rent payment 10% cashback on everything on your birthday

Yeah, I do see advance payment option in lic tab. It is only if it is in same financial year or within 3 months of next year.
Any way to do advance payment using Amazon pay balance? There it says bill not available.
