There was an option earlier. As mandated by Govt customer should've liberty to choose bank. It should still be available. There's a specific form for this transfer facility.

PPF is a govt scheme so it's features are same in all banks. Online PPF account opening is available in SBI, ICICI, HDFC. I don't think any bank will provide offers to open PPF account because its basically a non profit operation for banks.

IT exemption is the only offering with PPF.
For good infra go with ICICI

fund transfers from your savings bank account that’s linked with the PPF account only so no matter upi or account transactions transfer
