Their are no offers regarding the Same "PPF", only some major bank provide PPF accounts google it.

PPF is a government scheme so can't expect any offers. The features are same across banks and post office.

Yes, it is possible as per PPF Guidelines. I transferred my PPF from post office in one state to SBI in another state, few years ago

Better go with Tax Saving Mutual Funds. Since PPF is long term commitment, you'll get better returns in tax saving mutual funds in long run.

PPF shouldn't be compared with mutual finds. PPF isn't meant to provide returns on par with equity mutual funds either. A portfolio should always have space for a debt instrument such as PPF. PPF makes sense because of its EEE status too.

ICICI iMobile to manage everything including PPF best option. I have opened via iMobile only and using it.

There was an option earlier. As mandated by Govt customer should've liberty to choose bank. It should still be available. There's a specific form for this transfer facility.

Yes, there should be an option but you might hv to visit branch. (Never heard of this is possible online.) I just looked it up. ICICI has a page describing this. You can access the same using this link

if you could manage to transfer credit card to bank, which is not recommended. There is no direct way like NPS.
