Note - IMPS limit is upto 5 lakhs per transactions.

Just enter your friends/family's mobile number or choose from your contact list.

The person's bank register name will be shown for confirmation and send money.

Actually, IMPS transfer based on 2 things only.
1. AC No. + bank ifsc and
2. Mobile number and MMID. ### No need of ac no. Even Bank name.

MMID
Mobile Money Identifier code. This code is assigned by the bank and npci to mobile number linked with an ac number of a bank.

Just only Mobile number and MMID, not even bank name.


*** Some banks has feature to send within Bank, using mobile number. Here fund transfer will be to the primary ac. @S S V

Note: Actually, we ignore IMPS fund transfer might be charges or UPI, so we don't aware of this feature.

I just said for understanding.

Recently opened CA. Actually even after a week vkyc not updated. Bank branch people even don't know that vkyc happened or not. Now it's updated after mailing to nodal (response after a week). They are not taking online requests for cust id's merger. So need to branch again

Here is pnb app for iphone shot from tab

1. It's under quick fund transfer (for non- added beneficiaries) upto 10k only.

For regular IMPS upto 5 lakhs, you still need necessary details.

2. Through this feature, You can send only to the banks enabled for IMPS with mobile number and bank name (5 banks for now listed in image and a Thane sahkari bank)
